For my Brother, one of the strongest people I know:
We all know the saying that when you think you are finally getting ahead in life, life knocks you down a rung or two....What happens when life takes the ladder away from you.
Working a job that I was not real happy at, I found what I believed to be, my career job. No longer living pay check to pay check...and then??? No longer able to do the the work that I have always done, I am now a shadow of what I was before I was diagnosed with cancer.
Found a cancerous tumor in my left arm in June of 2019 that took two and half inches of bone and left me with a 10 lbs weight restriction for life, which has left me jobless and a liability to employ. The type of tumor left me with a 75% chance of getting Multiple Myeloma a blood cancer that has no cure. It effects the bones among many other things (4 broke ribs in 5 months). I had a stem cell transplant in October 2020 that has put me in remission, but still requires constant treatment to keep the cancer at bay. The cancer is chronic, so it's return is certain. The medical bills are mounting since this is a cancer that needs constant treatment and attention....
