Help keep community member housed!

Hello everyone, we are URGENTLY seeking support for a local community member I know.

He has been living in his car for more than a decade, and today his car was repossessed. He has been using a rental in the meantime but we are looking for a long term solution.

Obviously this means not only is he without a transportation, but also shelter for an indefinite amount of time. Unfortunately, the amount to recover the car is over $20,000 due to repo fees and other late charges. I found a car for him to purchase that’s priced at $1800 that he NEEDS to get by tomorrow. I am hoping to raise funds for him to hopefully contribute to a down payment on the car, and to get him a transportation ticket to his family so they can support him as well. I have exhausted every resource I have to keep him housed and fed, but I can’t do it alone.

ANY AMOUNT will help me keep him safe and hopefully put him back on track to being self sufficient. Thank you so much!
