Have you ever met someone who’s disposition and genuine love for the Lord and those around him made you strive to be a better person, and you were a better person just from knowing him?
Our family, like so many others in the greater Sacramento area, was blessed with the opportunity of getting to know Keail James Mendoza Manalansang (Elder Manalansang) while he served a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in our area. Keail James’ love for the Lord Jesus Christ and his joy in and love for the gospel is contagious. He was an amazing and faithful missionary, who’s meek yet profound testimony inspired us and many others. Keail James is truly a special young man with enormous potential and it is our desire to help him reach it.
It has been Keail James’ dream from the time he was very young to study at Brigham Young University Idaho. He’s overjoyed to have been accepted to BYU-Idaho with a start date of January 2021. However, Keail James is in great need of our help to start his journey. He is currently applying for the I-20, which he needs to be eligible to obtain a student visa to legally enter the US to study from the Philippines. The funds that would be collected through your selfless and generous donations would be used to help him complete the application for the student visa (a costly endeavor) and for his tuition, fees, and living expenses for his first two semesters of study and BYU-Idaho.
Please join us as we help this deserving young man achieve his aspirations by attending Brigham Young University Idaho. Any amount would be so appreciated.
