In Loving Memory of Karina, Funeral Fund

Hi, we are Yessie and Leslie, and it is heartbreaking to be writing this.

Our best friend, Karina, passed away on June 14 at 3:31 pm. Cancer took her from us and she is leaving behind a void that can never be filled. Most importantly,Karina is leaving behind her beautiful daughter Arielle who now faces life without her mother and the task of paying for funeral expenses.

Karina will always be a light in this world. Her laughter, her kindness, and the way she loved without limits touched everyone who knew her. She was more than a friend; she was family. Our adventure started at St. Jean Baptiste High School around 1989. At only 52 years old, Karina had so many dreams, especially for her daughter’s future. She was a nurse and worked hard every day to provide love, stability, and hope.

Now, we are asking for your help, to give Karina the dignified farewell she deserves, and to support her daughter in the days ahead.

The funds raised will go directly toward:

• Funeral and burial expenses

• Immediate support for her daughter (food, care for the two dogs left behind, clearing Karina's home)

• Any additional costs tied to this heartbreaking loss
