Update on Karens Medical Equipment needs

My name is Harold and I am a caregiver for Karen Lenhardt a 77-year-old woman who is fairly handicapped and needs a new walker a wheelchair an Apple Watch in case she falls again I’m not around ramps for the van that we have so she can get in and out easier. She has very bad legs and requires very small steps. Also, she has sleep apnea and needs a CPAP machine wheelchair for Home both front and back, and stairs for the van so she can get out for medical part appointments May also the other things that I haven’t thought of, but I’ll help would be appreciated. She also needs a new lightweight scooter that I can lift in and out of the van more easily as I am a cardiac patient. Within the last two days we have had to call the Fire Department 3 times as with her stubbornness she couldn't off the floor. I have priced a power lift on Amazon for $469.99 and need to get it ASAP I am tired of calling the Fire Department.

16 May 2024 Update

Karen has been in extreme pain the last three nights and is only getting 2-3 hours of sleep and must nap throughout the day. She is also totally dependent on the wheelchair as she doesn't have the strength in her legs to use her walker. The neurologist can't start treatment until she gets ultrasounds of her legs to ensure there at no blood clots and the soonest she can see her primary care for a referral is Monday. And we won't know how long to schedule an ultrasound until then. I just spent 15 minutes helping Karen out of the bed into the wheelchair. I should mention that we have already had to purchase a new walker, which she can't use yet, a wheelchair, and a ramp for the wheelchair but the money we need now is for the doctor's visit and treatment. The neurologist visits cost $30 for each treatment twice a week for 12 weeks. That plus the purchase of the equipment is putting us in a financial bind so any help would be greatly appreciated.
