Help Justinian Keep Home for Elise & Rosalie
Donativo protegido
My name is Justinian, and I’m reaching out for help to keep a stable home for my two daughters, Elise and Rosalie. Earlier this year, I lost my job after my employer changed their remote work policy. Despite my efforts to appeal for unemployment benefits, I was denied due to a dispute with my previous employer. Since then, I’ve been doing everything I can to get back on my feet. I've accepted a new job as a software engineer with One Main Financial in my local area, but I won't start working until the 21st.
Unfortunately, the gap between jobs has left me struggling to cover our most urgent expenses—rent, utilities, and my car payment. My daughters rely on my home as their primary residence, and if we lose it, we’ll have to move in with my parents. This would force Elise to switch schools and disrupt their lives even further. Losing my car would also mean losing my ability to keep my new job and provide for my family.
I’ve reached out to local organizations for help and was able to get some partial rent assistance, but most have been unable or unwilling to help us. Asking for support like this is incredibly difficult for me, but I’m doing it for Elise and Rosalie. They deserve stability and a safe place to call home. Any help you can offer will go directly toward keeping a roof over our heads, maintaining our utilities, and ensuring I can continue working to support my family. Thank you for reading and for any support you can give.
For transparency, these are the items with which I need help (i.e., this is how I will be using your help):
- $1,500 - July's rent.
- $450 - car payment.
- $150 - phone payment.
- $130 - internet payment.
- $200 - electric payment.
