Hello Friends and Family,

My name is Jocelynn and I am in dire need of your help. I have been in the divorce process for the past 5 years after being a stay at home Mother for over 10 years to an active duty service member. I’ve made many sacrifices as a military spouse such as moving away from my family, post-poning my career, and raising our children ultimately alone. I am now forced to co-parent our children in a city that’s been ranked #1 for the highest cost of living. I am approaching 4 days of trial and it’s frightening as well as the entire treacherous court process. Can you imagine having to answer hours of discovery and interrogatories just to finish a divorce? I’ve managed to stay current with all of my legal fees paying around 35k all by myself until now. My children and I have the strongest bond and I know they will continue thriving.

I wanted to spend some time on this platform to thank everyone who’s graciously donated and helped support my family. Many of you have known me for years and some

don’t know me at all, yet you’ve invested all of your confidence in my ability as a mother, caregiver and advocate for my children. I’ve been shamed for creating this page. I’ve been berated and embarrassed and laughed at for needing help. From people who were the closest to me, even family. If you were ever placed in a situation where the odds were against you plainly because you didn’t have enough money to fight back, I hope you never have to. I hope you never have to endure any of this.
