Help Jessica Clements fight Leukemia
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Kelly, and I am urgently reaching out to ask for support in this fundraising effort to help my friend Jessica and her two precious daughters as Jessica is receiving treatment for having Leukemia. Leukemia is such a very complicated Cancer, and I am asking for any help in alleviating at least some of Jessica's financial pressure so she can focus on her treatment, healing, remission and her children.
Jessica is a 39 year old single mother of two daughters, Emily (17) and Abby (12). On September 22nd, 2021, she was diagnosed with B-Cell ALL Leukemia. This kind of Leukemia requires a very aggressive treatment plan that takes approximately two and a half years to complete. So far, Jessica has endured four weeks on Mission Hospital Asheville's Oncology floor undergoing countless tests, infusions, biopsies, and lumbar punctures, as well as receiving many chemotherapy treatments. Although she was able to come home October 20th, the aggressive chemotherapy treatments she will be facing for years requires her to be disabled. Unfortunately, disability benefits may take up to six months before an approval or denial is received. My goal, with your help, is to fill this gap for her and her family during this difficult time.
Jessica has documented what she calls her "Journey" on Facebook and TikTok. She has a very loving spirit and has remained positive and upbeat since her diagnosis. You can tell from her Facebook posts that she tries to always tell a story, reach someone, remain faithful and have hope. You can follow her on TikTok at _jess.clems_.
I would also like to humbly ask if you will share this with friends and family who may wish to contribute to Jessica (any amount at all will help).
