Help Jayson Breathe Better

My named is Thalia Aarons-Green. A few weeks ago my husband Jayson Green was hospitalized.  he is newly diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, Congestive Heart Failure, Acute Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Hypertension. Due to having this new diagnosis, he is unable to work .These diagnosis causes him to have constant issues with his breathing. They are so dabilitating in the fact that walking small distances causes severe shortness of breath.  Doesn"t sleep well either. Constantly wakes up every two to three hours every night. Due to these issues an entire salary has been lost. my family needs your help. I work part time as a nurse, but my income is not enough to cover our ongoing bills. We have alot of medical bills. We need to purchase supplies to go with BiPaP machine(Tubing, masks,etc.), also medications needed for his treatments, Dr. visits and the list goes on and on. Please help Jayson to breathe okay again.
