James was in a very serious car accident when he was just 18 years old, just before he was to graduate from High School.  With that accident he had a very serious head injury and went through many reconstructive surgeries for his face.  It was a very traumatic time and he has over come so much since then!

James has had prosthetic teeth since that time but they are 15 years old, which is much longer than they are intended to last. To be able to eat properly he needs new prosthetic teeth and some additional work done by an oral surgeon.   He also needs a fistula between his mouth and nose fixed that was never repaired properly. All of this costs more than James's annual salary!

James has been saving money for a couple years now, but really needs this work done now.  Between his savings and family help he still needs$7,000 to get the work done.  If anyone would like to help James and make this financial burden lighter we would all be grateful!
