Hi, photographer James Reynolds @ashevillepictures here - I live in Buncombe County, but have been out of state during the Hurricane Helene disaster. I am headed back into town tomorrow or Tuesday and would like to rent a van or truck and load it up with supplies from costco and deliver them to folks in need around Asheville/Buncombe County. All donations will go straight to the vehicle rental, fuel cost, and supply purchases, and I’ll post updates on social media throughout the process.

How the funds will be used: I will rent a van or truck, whatever large, practical vehicle is available at the Charlotte airport. I will fuel up the vehicle, and then I will drive to Costco in Spartanburg. Then I will buy as much food, water, and battery packs and car chargers as available funds will allow.

The beneficiaries are the flood victims in Asheville and Buncombe County. I will manage the funds and document the purchases and deliveries and share photo/video updates on social media as I progress.
