Help Jackie Curtis with Kidney Transplant Costs

My name is Jackie Curtis and for the last 12 years, I have been living with polycystic kidney disease and diabetes. Although I've finally controlled my diabetes, the effects of both have greatly decreased my kidney function to a point that I am now in need of a kidney transplant.

I am in the end stages of renal failure, and I am working with Emory to get on the transplant list. These funds will be used to support my medical expenses on this journey!
