As I have posted to FB many times over the years, I have been blessed to have many great friends, and an emotionally supportive family. I want to thank those of you reading this who have helped me financially in some tough times like my cancer in 2017. I appreciate you very much and want to return such favors with all my heart. But that has just been so hard with my latest health turn. As many of you know I am sure, two years ago I had to undergo a dual hybrid cardiac ablation open heart surgery in an attempt to correct my irregular heartbeat due to atrial fibrillation (a-fib). Most unfortunately the procedure did not resolve the a-fib and I am still living with this condition. The worst part of this is now how much it has affected my ability to work full time. The condition can be exhaustive a lot of the time and effects my stamina, and ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Even sitting down the a-fib can and does take place, so this is not related to being mobile or having too physical a job, but I have come to find, no matter the job I do, it must be part time at this stage. There is no cure for a-fib. As if it should be needed to say but, I sure as hell did NOT see myself living with such a limiting condition (yes, the long walk into the ballpark to see the game can feel like a massive hike now, where I may need to rest on the way! Ugh.) I hate the thought of not being able to go see things, do much planning because it is hard to say how I will feel one day/week to the next. So, not great, but the worst part has been over the 2023-24 year my condition has affected my ability to work full time, enough hours I need to have paid for this surgery and some medical expenses. And now I am in urgent need of raising $2000. so that I can avoid being sued and having what little I make now to live on, plus a large piece of my monthly pension (the rent) garnished from my account. If I don't raise these funds the Tri Health v. John Harding court date is set for 11/25/2024 in Warren County Court, and it will not be long after if this takes place that I will be forced out-- to where? I have no damn clue. Yes, if I raise this money, I will by my choice plan to move to find lower rent when lease is up 3/25. I understand $2000. is a lot of money, which is why I am trying by using Go Fund Me. It is not easy for me to ask for this help. I have stressed over this and it is not doing my heart health any good-- so I need to, have to ask: Will you please contribute is able and help me avoid being sued by filing chapter 7. I feel I am pursuing the best course of action for me in the long run both from a financial, mental and physical survival standpoint.
