Help with Hospital Bills

Hello friends and family. Some of you may know that I went to the ER in Novmeber with debilitating migraines and after having a spinal tap, I was admitted and treated for bacterial meningitis. The doctor said that if I had waited much longer to be seen, it could have been fatal.
During my stay I met with neurologists and communicable disease doctors, and since being discharged I have had many follow-up appointments with other specialists. My PTO at work ran out during my stay at Carroll Hospital Center, making most of that stay (and necessary recovery time thereafter) unpaid. 
My comeback from this has been slow on many levels. I still suffer from horrible migraines, which I am now prescribed medication to take twice per day. I also have considerable soreness in my muscles, especially the upper body and back, and have not been able to fully return to my normal routines. 
The biggest toll, though, has to be the medical bills. I have received invoice after invoice and they now lie in a pile that I can't manage. I already struggle as a single person with a full-time job (as well as several other jobs) to take care of myself and my animals, but paying these added bills off makes it exponentially more difficult to make ends meet. 
So now I humbly come to you asking for help, if you are able to offer a hand.
