We are partnering with GOODProjects. GOOD started with the goal of breaking the cycle of generational poverty in communities in Washington, D.C. and are working to eliminate roadblocks to basic needs, so families can define success for themselves on their pathway to achieving the American Dream. AmSec Food Security is a coordinated, yearly volunteer project by Amazon Security employees, and their families, to support GOOD in meeting the basic food security needs for families in the local community.

The goal is to create boxed meal kits for families in the GOODZones and deliver them by December 10th, 2025. Each box contains non-perishable food and household items to support meals for a family of four. Each box costs around $100 to fill. The funds from this goal will be used to purchase the items to fill the boxes.
