Hi , my name is jodie , I am fundraising to help my best friend Kylie get back home to her two boys Lachie & Zac & her fur babies Roxy & Buddy !

Back in March Kyle’s unfortunately had a fall which resulted in suffering a broken back , after a lot of miss diagnosing and three weeks in Armidale hospital she was airlifted to John Hunter hospital in Newcastle, where she was finally diagnosed with an infection that had been attacking her spinal cord for three weeks , this resulted in emergency surgery to put a steel rod in her back to fuse the spinal cord ! The end result being that she now has an incomplete spinal injury and is learning to walk again ! After a long stay in John Hunter , Kylie was moved to Royal North Shore spinal unit to prepare her for rehabilitation! Currently she is in Royal rehab in Ryde and will not be released untill early October ! This will mean she has been away from her two children for 6 months !

Kylies future will not be the same for her , her home needs remodeling to suit her needs , for example bathroom modifications, ramps rails etc . Not only this but she faces a lifetime of medical bills along with being a single mum ! My hope is for any donation small or large to help with current and ongoing costs ! We all love Kylie , she is strong and brave physically and mentally but a little help financially will take some pressure off her !!
