Help Make Mum’s Dream of Flying in a Spitfire Come True!

Hi, we are reaching out to make a lifelong dream come true for our mum’s 70th birthday this August. Annette has always been captivated by Spitfires, often watching them soar above their house and imagining what it would be like to experience such a legendary aircraft firsthand. Now, we have the chance to make that dream a reality with a 30-minute Spitfire flight from Lee on Solent.

Annette is no stranger to adventure—her past birthdays have included wing walking, skydiving, and even piloting a gyrocopter! Each year, we try to come up with something memorable, and this year we think we’ve found the perfect way to top it all, on such a monumental milestone of a birthday. 70 years old!!!

Instead of the usual gifts like a bottle of wine or chocolates, we thought this milestone birthday deserved something truly special. With your help, we can give Mum an unforgettable, exhilarating experience that celebrates her adventurous spirit and leaves her with memories to treasure forever.

If we don’t manage to raise enough in time, the money will be going towards a hot air balloon trip for both mum and dad, and an abseil down the spinnaker tower. Obviously we all want the main present to be the spitfire but we understand that it’s a high goal to achieve.
