[UPDATE: We are officially shooting Too Tight to Move on AUGUST 14th, 15th, and 16th]
After years of championing other filmmakers through Night Frights LA, I realized my own creative projects had taken a backseat. I’ve poured my energy and resources into building a community for horror lovers, but now it’s time to show the world what 2100films can do. That’s why I’m raising funds for 'Too Tight to Move,' an independent psychological horror short that explores the darker corners of human nature.
Where Your Donations Are Going: Budget Breakdown:
To pull off a project of this scale safely and professionally, we’ve mapped out a strict $10,000 budget. Every single dollar raised goes directly into production value and supporting the talented team making this happen.
Here is exactly how the funds will be allocated:
CREW - $4,000: Fairly compensating our dedicated, hardworking production crew.
Locations - $2,500: Securing the perfect, safe venues to bring the story to life. In this case, we’re choosing this location on Giggster.
Cam / G&E Rental - $2,000: High-quality camera gear, lighting, and grip equipment for a beautiful, killer look.
PD (Production Design) - $800: Set design, props, wardrobe, and makeup to build the world of the project.
Lunch - $600: Providing hearty, satisfying meals for our team during long shoot night. This will be structured as two overnight shoots.
Misc - $500: An emergency safety net for unexpected production or post-production needs.
Crafty (Craft Services) - $300: Keeping the set continuously stocked with snacks, water, and coffee.
Insurance - $300: Essential production insurance to protect our cast, crew, and gear.
TOTAL $11,000: Our goal to get this project successfully across the finish line!
The story follows a man who, after a long drive, visits a seemingly vacant massage parlor. What begins as a search for relief quickly turns into a nightmare.
With your help, we can cover the essential costs: crew, actors, makeup and special effects, location, production design, food, gear, and those inevitable surprises that come with indie filmmaking. Thank you for helping us bring this vision to life!
