Help Francis recover from fire

My brave and wonderful son, Francis, woke up Sunday morning to a raging blaze on the patio outside his bedroom . After waking his roommate, Bree, and running upstairs to wake the tenants above, he tried to get back in the apartment to get some clothes and his wallet but couldn't get through the smoke and heat. SO basically he was left with his underwear and his phone! He lost everything - kayak, bicycle, climbing gear, TV, clothes, his beautiful Native American flute, laptop, wallet etc. etc.. He has to start from scratch. Unfortunately he doesn't have rental insurance so he could use some financial help right now. The good news is no one was hurt due to his fast thinking and selflessness - didn't stop to put clothes/shoes on (good job he looks good in his underwear LOL). The fire crew gave him a hazmat suit to put on temporarily.
I would appreciate any monetary donations. Several of my dear friends have offered to send towels, linens, clothes etc but it would be best to send money so he can purchase what he needs.
