Help for the Bussmann Family

Donation protected
As many of you have heard the Bussmann family business "Mobile Ranch Butchering" suffered a horrendous fire Thursday the 24th.  Luckily, the fire was in the AM hours and all family members who work there were safe at home.  Sadly the building and all accompanying product/tools/equipment were lost to the fire.

Although the business and some contents are insured, this is a family that is in need of the community.  4 generations of family are dependent on the day to day operations of the processing plant and insurance is only going to cover or help so much.

The Bussmann family is heavily integrated in the community, involved every year in fair activities along the coast, major contributors to local fundraising events, a family we all know that is willing to help when the time is needed..  It is certainly our opportunity to help our friends get back on their feet.

Anything at all helps get this family headed back in the right direction.

Thank you
Nick

A Little word from Deana

The life and times of Mobile Ranch Butchering.  Mobile Ranch was built in 1987 by our father Fred J. Bussmann by his own two hands with the help of his oldest son Fred P. Bussmann.  They called Chris Bussmann and asked him to move his family to Bandon to start the processing plant and learn how to cut and wrap meat.  We opened our doors to the public in March, 1988 and continued in business until Sept. 24, 2020 at 3:30am when it all went up in flames.

Over all the years we have been in business we have made an extraordinary amount of friends and we thank them all for supporting us thru the ups and downs.  Since the start of the butcher shop we have added new family members. We've grown through the years to 4 generations of family working and running the business. Unfortunately, we lost our rock when our father, Fred J Bussmann past away in May of this year.  His support and help have been severely missed by everyone.

Even though this only just happened, we already started working with the insurance and our financial advisors to start rebuilding an upgraded version of our processing plant. We hope to reopen as soon as we possibly can. Thank you all for your continuous support through the years.
