Help for my friend Larry Greenwood

Hello, my name is Brett Adams, and I'm starting this fundraiser for my old friend, Larry Greenwood. He reached out to me recently, which I know was hard to do because Larry had never asked for help in the 40 years since we became friends.

Larry has had a tough go over the last year, both financially and personally. He lost his job and dealt with homelessness as he tried to get back on his feet, which added to his anxiety and mental health struggles. He has a family which he has tried to support. His rent is overdue for at least two months, and living expenses have added to his debt.

The good news is Larry has found a new job, but that doesn't start until Sept. 7, and he needs to pay his back rent to stay in his home. So all the funds raised will go to Larry for his rent and other expenses that have grown since he was laid off.

Larry has always been uplifting and humorous to all who've known him. So I want to give my friend a little help. We were co-captains on the track team at our alma mater, John Marshall High School in Rochester, Minnesota, and we always looked out for each other. I know there are a lot of causes worthy of aid; I'm just asking any who read this to consider giving to help out a good man who has had some challenges. Thank you.
