Help for Makenzie and Jesse - Fetal OI type 2

I never in a million years thought I would be writing this and having to see my sister, Makenzie Rundle, and her partner, Jesse Lott, go through such a horrendous situation. Currently, their 22 week 4 day old unborn baby boy, Sawyer Olin Lott is facing an unimaginable and tragic diagnosis that unfortunately, he will not survive. It is the most severe form of a disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta, Type II. The doctors say he has fatal skeletal dysplasia, his chest is too misshapen and already has too many fractures to support life. No one should have to go through this alone, and no one should have to bear the weight of this burden, the hard questions and decisions, and terrible circumstances they are about to face.


We are asking for the support from this amazing community who she has poured into, to help pour back into her. Makenzie continues to be a guiding light in this world, despite the challenges she faces. Please help in any way that you are able to, every $1 counts. She is looking at a $2500 upfront cost to get this procedure done, so she can start the process of delivering Sawyer, saying their goodbyes and helping to end the pain and suffering he would endure going to full term. The remaining amount will be used for cremation services and necklaces for family to store ashes close to their hearts. Any remaining amount raised will be donated to The Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation.
