On January 19th 2008, my son was shot and confined to a wheelchair at 15 years old. Six years later my son was wounded again as an innocent bystander of a drive by shooting. Due to complications of both surgeries and amputation of his leg, on August 23 2017 he has succumbed to all injuries sustained. Anyone who knew Neil only had good to say. He captured your heart only from him introducing his self as "hotwheel Neil" him being a paraplegic NEVER stopped his show. He was definitely one who was full of life.
