Help Heaven get a life changing surgery please

Heaven is our 4 year old little grandaughter who is battling alot of medical issues . An encephacele, one kidney. , chari malformation type 3, development delays , hearing and vision problems, bladder problems. Genetic problems , hydrocephalus with many shunt revision surgeries, a long with 13 other surgeries. We are trying to raise money for our trip to Philadelphia to get Heaven a second opinion on her type 3 chiari malformation. Her neurosurgeon at childrens has never had a child with a type 3 because none of them have been alive past birth. Heaven is our miracle and any help would be appreciated so that we may be able to get her treated.
