Help Baby John's Precious Heart
Chad and Kali Dawson will by flying to Toronto Sick Kids Hospital this Tuesday January 18th:
Their 19-month-old son, affectionately known as Baby John will undergo an assessment period and then be put on a list to wait for his new heart.
They have been informed that the average wait for his age is one year in Toronto.
(They have been living in the hospital these past 2 months).
Once John is settled in Toronto they will need to take turns flying back and forth from Toronto to PEi to be with their 4 and 7 year old.
They are unsure of how they are going to do this as they have their own household back home on PEI with their 4 and 7 year old and now have to set up a long-term living situation with their 19-Month-Old in Toronto.
The cost of living in both Toronto and PEI amidst their three children is overwhelming to them at this time.
But they are determined to fight for their son.
