Howdy folks, I’m Flowers!

For those of y’all who don’t know me super well, I am a street medic in the wonderful city of Seattle.

On Saturday, May 24th, while protecting the community against hate groups as a medic, I was randomly and very wrongfully assaulted by police. I was given no lawful order and, for standing around, was tackled and punched in the face multiple times. Even as I begged him to stop and informed him I was a medic who did nothing wrong, he continued to throw down a flurry of blows.

I was diagnosed at the hospital with a concussion and, since that day, have had to go to the emergency room twice for passing out multiple times and serious confusion.

This brutality from the police has made it so I’m not only unable to work, but suffering from massive confusion and possible serious brain injuries.

With your donations, I will be able to pay my bills while I am unable to work and also start taking steps towards the lawsuit to hold SPD accountable for their violent attacks on the queer community standing up for our own rights.
