Help fix a broken Shana

Shana is having spinal surgry and part of her spine is being removed, bad ass I know but she's been in debilitating pain.  She hasn't been able to work for a few months and will take a few months to heal before she can be back to her awesome self.  The cost of this surgry as well as Shana not being able to work has really stretched our budget to the limit.  Already drained our savings and causing us to put everything on credit cards taking us deep into debt.  So asking for any help we can get now to get us through this and get Shana back to her amazing beautiful self.
