Help Fellow Pulte Family Member Shaq Jordan!
Donación protegida
Join me in helping to make a difference for a fellow Pulte Homes family member, Shaq Jordan. Shaq has been fighting an ongoing battle with Sickle Cell Disease. This causes red blood cells to become misshapen and break down. Those cells then die early, leaving a shortage of healthy red blood cells and blocks blood flow, causing extreme pain. This disease can cause several symptoms and complications, including, but not limited to, acute chest syndrome, anemia, stroke, and organ failure.
The week of March 21st, Shaq was admitted to ICU and put on a ventilator with internal bleeding in his lungs due to complications from this disease. As of today, his lungs are doing better, the bleeding has stopped, and thankfully his CT scan showed no other signs of internal bleeding. Shaq was released from the hospital this week and is going on short-term disability until he is well enough to return to work.
In true Pulte fashion, we want to help Shaq and his family in any way we can! All money raised will go directly to his family to help with medical expenses, daily living expenses, and whatever else may arise.
Although you see a goal, there is no financial target here because his costs are virtually unending. Please give what you can to help our friend and coworker, Shaq, as he continues to navigate down this long and seemingly endless journey.
**Shaq graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2021 and is a Procurement Coordinator in the Coastal Carolina Division. After college, he married his sweetheart, Jaida, and they welcomed a new little girl to their family in June. **
