My name is Dyanne Zamora, and I’m writing on behalf of everyone at Panorama Tower, where Fabian Ramirez has been not only our lead engineer but truly the heart and soul of our team.

On Monday, Fabian was rushed to the hospital and, after a series of alarming test results, underwent emergency open-heart surgery yesterday while already battling renal and liver failure. He is now in recovery at Jackson Memorial Hospital, facing an incredibly long and uncertain road ahead.

Fabian has always been the kind of person who makes everyone’s life at Panorama just a little bit better. His positive attitude, infectious smile, and willingness to help anyone at any time have made him loved by everyone who’s had the privilege of working with him. He’s the first to crack a joke when things get tough, the one who stays late to make sure others can go home, and the person who makes even the most stressful day feel lighter.

To us, Fabian is larger than life, a bright light in our community, always giving, always caring, and never asking for anything in return. Now he’s the one who needs our help.

Fabian and his family are now facing a tremendous challenge, both physically and financially. The medical expenses related to his surgery, ongoing treatment, and extended recovery are already overwhelming. He will need continuous care, specialized therapies, and time to heal before he can return to the life and people he loves. He is also a devoted father to three daughters and one son, all of whom rely on him deeply.

We’ve set an initial goal of $150,000 to help cover:

    •    Emergency surgery and intensive hospital care

    •    Dialysis, medications, and ongoing treatment for kidney and liver recovery

    •    Physical rehabilitation and follow-up care

    •    Family and household expenses while he heals
