Help Emma improve her wheelchair

Hi , my name is Emma,

I have so much difficulty with my current wheelchair set up. I have found a way to improve it though. To allow me to get over inclines and save my shoulders. With this device I would be able to get myself to my daughters kindergarten to pick her up and have a more normal life . Please if you can help in any way, I’d really appreciate it
