Help Elaine Kick Cancer

Elaine Green is a single mom who lives in the Candelas neighborhood of Arvada, CO with her 8 year old son, Spencer. She is a wonderful single mom who manages to care for Spencer full time while also working full time— supporting him pretty much entirely on her own. 

Like many of us, 2020 was an interesting year for Elaine and Spencer.  In early November, Elaine was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer when a routine X-ray of her knee happened to spot a tumor in her tibia.  
 
Over the next 6 months, Elaine will need to undergo an aggressive regimen of chemotherapy as well undergo limb saving surgery to remove the tumor. She is doing her best to work through her chemotherapy and hospital visits, but she will not be able to work through all of her treatments, which will result in a significant reduction in income. 

 Any funds raised will cover out of pocket medical expenses and lost income, along with child care costs required while she obtains treatment. 

 Elaine needs our help! Not just with support and love, but also with what is already a fast-growing mountain of financial obligations.
