Help Diane Jessup's Fight!!!

On May 3, 2017 Diane received news that no one wants to hear. She was told she had to go to PRHC right away as she has Acute Leukemia. Diane was at PRHC for 14 hours and then transferred to Kingston General. She spent a month there receiving treatment. The doctors have said everything looks very promising but her fight is far from over! She still has to go back and forth to Kingston to receive treatment as well as go to PRHC twice and week for bloodwork. In September or October Diane will go to Ottawa to receive a stem cell transplant. Her husband Warren will take time off work and be with her. They will be there for 100 days. As there is no where for them to stay, they had to rent an apartment.

Diane has been an avid part of the Lakefield community for 25 years. She was a member of St. Paul's school PTA for 10 years. She was a Lakefield Minor Hockey executive member for 25 years, she was the secretary and registrar during that time. She also helped out with Lakefield Minor Softball for a couple years.

The money raised will go towards helping Diane and Warren cover the costs of the apartment and the travel costs going back and forth to Kingston and even to PRHC.

Please help with what you can and show her we are all behind her through this!!
