For the past 20 days, Daivik has been on a ventilator, unable to breathe on his own. His parents watch over him day and night, praying for a miracle. Krishna Venkata Rangachar, a devoted priest, previously served at the Vedic Temple of Virginia before moving to Bangalore, where he continues his service as a priest.
