Help Chadwick Fight And Win Against Cancer

Hello, this is Louis & Jeff, and we've created this gofundme to help our best friend Chadwick fight and win against cancer.

After an already devastating 2020/2021, Chadwick was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins lymphoma and Leukemia a few months ago. He has already had one surgery to remove a lymphoid and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.

As many of you know, Chadwick is a staple of the Castro Nightlife community and has worked as the head of security at The Cafe (at Market and Castro) for 22 years, and has also been security at many other nightlife venues around San Francisco.

Covid-19 has devastated the nightlife community here in San Francisco. As with many other service workers, Chadwick has been unemployed due to the Covid-19 shutdowns since March 15, 2020. Unemployment has helped, but he has also gone through his savings trying to survive the last year. When he was hit with this diagnosis a few months ago, it was another blow to an already sad and lonely 15 months.

Chadwick is the last person to ever ask for help but is more than willing to help anyone, anytime. So now it's our turn to help him.

We are collecting money to help Chadwick cover medical expenses and essentials because we want him to be able to focus on recovery and not feel stressed about financials. He is not able to work, right as nightlife is starting to open again, so he needs our help.
