Hello, my name is Cassie Waters and I’m only 36!!! My husband David and I just got married on 07/11/2025. For the last 3-4 weeks, I've been dealing with multiple mammograms, ultrasounds, and biopsies. Yesterday (09/03/2025), I received a phone call no one wants to get. I was diagnosed with ICD (Invasive Ductal Carcinoma of the left breast), which has already spread to my axillary lymph nodes (armpit).

I go Tuesday, 09/09/2025, to meet a breast surgeon and get referred to an oncologist! Hopefully, then I will receive more information with more specifics.

I have not lived an easy life. At age 7 I was diagnosed Type 1 diabetes. At age 27 I had a widow maker heart attack and had a stent placed. And when I was 31 I had a pacemaker implanted.
