Last night Friday the 13th my husband and I found our daughter Sammy in her home unresponsive she due to a suicide attempt. Fortunately, we got her to the hospital on time. I won't put all the details but she is on medication and bandaged up and is now awake talking. The hospital did immediately put her on a 5150 hold for her safety. We also had to make a police report due to the reason she made this attempt it was due to a serious case of bullying and stalking that's been going on for quite a while now. I myself don't know much about this awful person but I've seen a few things she's done to many girls over the years and it's been heartbreaking to watch. We've done all we could from moving to changing our numbers and making a police report and nothing has stopped it. This person has made it a social media thing and my Sammy has been getting lots of death threats for weeks now. People telling her to "kill herself" "just end it" calling her ugly and fat.
What we don't get is what they were talking about. My daughter quit speaking to this other person in Jan of this year due to drama she wanted no part of.
My daughter did nothing to this person to cause this. The situation that caused all of this was the fact that my daughter was friends with some locals.
We also found out earlier today when I called to let my daughters employer know that she wouldn't be at work for a while and I explained that it was a medical issue but not telling him the details. He told me that they received a call from lady the wanted to remain anonymous but was a Loyal customer calling her a "Dyke" (her words not mine)
The person also told her employer that my daughter was friends with a rapist and that she was doing drugs with them. They did a drug test in the hospital and found nothing other than what she was prescribed by her Dr.
My daughter doesn't use drugs.
We are told this evening that her insurance wasn't going through which was through her employer and since she's an adult our insurance will not cover her medical bills.
So we are looking for a bit of help to pay off her hospital bills or at least part of it and her father and I will pay what we can. She is also being sent to a treatment center for her to get further help and this is her choice not ours. Her and her Dr's and the hospital psychologist are going over her choices of centers.

We are told it could be a bit pricey. According to the lady at the hospital it will be around $10,000+ maybe more maybe less at each place. We are hoping to get help with half of that. We are going to take out a mortgage on our house on Monday to help our daughter out more and to move her into a new place if she wants to when she comes home.
Through this fundraiser we not only want to support our daughter but bring light to the suicide epidemic. Such a permanent decision often made because of situation where a person feels like they can't handle something. We also want to bring awareness to the bullying epidemic which is another huge cause of suicides.
We would so appreciate if you could share this page with the hope that Sammy's story is met with compassion, understanding and abundant generosity. We would also like to draw light to the issue of suicide and Bullying in hopes that this page reaches someone who may be feeling like there is no hope and we would like to let you know that there is.
