Hello, my name is Callie, I am a friend of Sue and Steve Gilroy. I'm reaching out to you in hopes of your support for our dear friends. I know they would never ask for help as we all know but they sure do need it.

Some of you may or may not know that our dear friend Steve Gilroy has been courageously battling cancer for the past several months, enduring countless treatments and in hospital due to his loss of mobility from a cancer related syndrome. Now, the time is coming for him to return home, but there are significant challenges to overcome.

During Steve’s time in the hospital, he has shown incredible strength, fighting through the uncertainty of his conditions with a spirit that has inspired us all. Sue and Nick have been so strong and inspirational in supporting our dear Bomber.

However, the journey isn't over yet. To make his transition from the hospital to home as smooth as possible, we need your help.

Steve will require specialized medical equipment, home care services, and modifications to their living space to ensure he is comfortable and safe.

In addition he will require a life saving drug under a clinical trial that is very costly and unfortunately not covered under neither Sue or Steve’s benefits.

These additional costs are overwhelming, and that's why we're asking for your support.
