Help Bernadette Live Her Best Life with Cancer

Hey there! My name is Fíonna and I am fundraising for my Ma, AKA Bernadette, AKA Auntie B, AKA Auntie Bernadette, AKA Aunt Berns, AKA Mama Berns, AKA Bernie... the list goes on!!!!!!!!!

A woman sooo loved it's hard to even write all the nicknames she has been given, let alone write out ALL that has occurred as of late.

So let me just write what is my Ma's "NOW". It's Terminal Stage Four Mullerian Cancer!! Even writing that makes my hands shake a bit. I'd love to be able to write a concise and detailed description here of all the reasons I am starting this fundraiser for my Ma, but the truth is everything is currently a jumble.

I wanted to start this when I knew "what's what" but so far we have moved Ma from VA to FL and just like that, a month has gone by, debts have increased and emotions have run higher than ever before. The reality is we might not even get the answers we seek!

Yet, Ma is still here! She's still alive! She still has bucket list dreams like being a passenger in a glider (no-engine plane) or traveling back home to Ireland to just chill with her family. There are so many costs aside from the unknown cancer treatments that I didn't even know what to put a fundraiser goal amount! I literally just picked $11,000 because Ma was born on the 11th ☺️
