Help Bato Rise from the Wrath of Typhoon Rolly

Donation protected
In the dawn of November 1, 2020, around 4:50 am, typhoon Rolly made its first landfall in Bato, Catanduanes, my hometown in the Philippines.  With its 225 kph (140mph) maximum wind and up to 310 kph gustiness, typhoon Rolly was categorized as super typhoon raising the highest tropical cyclone wind signal No. 5 over the island province.  It slashed off roofs, tore down houses, uprooted trees, downed power lines, and triggered storm surge along the coastal areas leaving 80%- 90% damage in the livelihood, agriculture, and infrastructure in the island. It will take months to years to restore everything.

As of now, there’s no water and power supply in the entire island. Food supply is very limited.  Telecommunications systems are down. People outside the province are unable to contact their relatives at the moment and hopeful that the cellphone signal will be restored soon.

I am raising funds to help my fellow Batonhons to get back to their feet and rise up again.  They need immediate help.  Living far from home, I cannot bear watching those heartbreaking photos posted in social media of our once a paradise island now turned into a ghost town. I have a very limited resources so I am knocking at your hearts to help my hometown.  Any amount will be very much appreciated and will be forever grateful for your generosity. Thank you and God bless your heart.
