Help Barb Meet Her Surgery Goal

I am asking for your help on behalf of Barb, somebody incredibly special to me. Due to insurance complications, we are in need of help to gather the means for surgery that determines her future livelihood and wellbeing.

Barb is not only special to me, but also greatly impacts those in her personal life and within our work sphere.
