Help Babygoo Fight Kidney Failure

Hello, I am Morgan and this is my sweet old lady Babygoo. Babygoo has been my best friend since i was 16 years old and she is a huge part of my family and has been by my side as I started my own family. She helped raise all of our dogs and taught them all of their goofy quirks. I took her to the vet on Friday, March 14th due to food adversities and vomiting, and we got heartbreaking news after her physical examination. She had her blood drawn, and the results were far from what we were expecting. Babygoo was diagnosed with kidney failure, dehydration, and severe anemia. My fiancé and I have her home now, and we are trying to keep her hydrated, help her keep food down, and overall keep her comfortable. We have her scheduled back at the vet on Monday, March 17th for another blood test. Depending on what the results show and if our best efforts have helped and give hopeful results, I would love to pursue finding a cause and targeting that to give her more time with the people that love her the most. If the results are more grim, I want to find a beautiful place for a natural burial for her where her family can visit her at any time. Goo is in a 7-member family with myself, her best friend Bear, my fiancé, our 9-month-old son Vincent, Juniper, and Stitch, and is loved by many, be it family, friends, or strangers that want to give her a pat. Despite the news, Goo is still so excited to be outside, go on car rides, have her morning roll around on the carpet, and she has so much life left in her. While I am not ready to lose her, I also don't think she is ready to leave us, so I want to do everything I can for her.
Any help means the world to me and Babygoo, and we would be incredibly thankful to get even just one more summer of doing her favorite things (camping, running around, playing with her brother and me, car rides, walks, sunbathing, and rolling in the dirt) and at the very least a peaceful place where she can be laid to rest and I can visit her and keep her final resting spot as beautiful as her.
