Over the weekend, when the north east coast line of the US was being treated to a rare balmy weather, in sharp contrast to the southern coast line that was going through the effects of Hurricane Florence, one family in NJ had a devastating end to a beach trip on Saturday. Amarjeet Parmar was pulled into a powerful rip current and any attempt by the emergency responders to revive proved fruitless.
Amarjeet, 44 year leaves behind his wife, a home maker, and a 6-yr old son. Both are devastated and are trying to make sense of what happened to the family. Amarjeet’s wife does not have a job is going to need the community’s help to learn marketable skills set to take care of her family. Amarjeet’s colleagues are pulling together resources to help take care of the family for the near term needs. All funds received from this Go Fund me request will be directly withdrawn by Amarjeet’s wife, Sukhpreet Parmar who will be responsible for all expenses and dispersal of the funds.
