Alyssa Garcia, an 18 year old beautiful teenager, hard worker, and caring person, recently went through a traumatic experience while going about her job at Rite Aid Pharmacy on Sunday March 5th, 2017. She was brutally attacked and stabbed by a mentally ill man who was reported missing less than 24 hours earlier from his home in Massachusetts. Alyssa had two surgeries and she will be unable to return to school and finish out her Senior Year, but will graduate with her class in June 2017. Due to her extensive injuries and critical conditions, it is unknown how long she will be hospitalized. Alyssa is looking at a long recovery with many unknown medical expenses along the way.
