Help Adrienne get top surgery

I'm a 28 year old agender person who is working with  different companies on an on-call part-time basis and struggling to save money for top surgery.
Between paying for therapy, car payments, and other costs, I'm finding it difficult to find any financial stability to do what I need to do to really fully feel like myself. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
