Help Abdifatah get medical help for his children

Abdifatah is currently located in Xamar, Somalia and has traveled far and wide to get medical attention for his sick children. All medical personnel in Somalia have deduced that his situation is one they cannot figure out or help him with. He must travel to Turkey with his children to get them the help they need.
