**Help Abagael Zabolotny on Her Road to Recovery**
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers, As many of you know, I’m not one to ask for help, but right now, my daughter Abagael needs more support than I can provide on my own.
On Sunday, August 18th, Abagael experienced a devastating fall from a 15-foot-high balcony. The details of how it happened are still unclear, but the impact was severe.
She suffered a serious break to her femur, which required immediate surgery. In addition to the injury, she is now battling an infection that turned septic that has prolonged her hospital stay.
Once she is discharged, Abagael faces a challenging road ahead. She will need extensive care at home and will require physical therapy three times a week for the next 6-8 weeks.
Unfortunately, she is unable to work during this time and has no income to cover her living expenses.
To make matters even more difficult, her boyfriend is also injured and will need surgery at the end of the month to have a metal plate put in his foot, which means he won’t be able to assist her during this time either.
My biggest fear is that without help, Abagael may lose her apartment and be overwhelmed by bills that keep piling up with no income to offset them.
That’s why I’m starting this GoFundMe—to help alleviate the financial burden of her medical expenses, rent, groceries, and the costs associated with her frequent trips to physical therapy.
Any amount you can contribute would mean the world to us and would go directly to ensuring that Abagael can focus on her recovery without the added stress of financial insecurity.
