Help a UCF Legal Studies Student Study Abroad in London

Hello, my name is Arielle Alexis DeJesus and I’m a Legal Studies major at the University of Central Florida (UCF). I’m also a proud member of the National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA), where I’ve been working to further my education and leadership in the field of law. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve been accepted into a prestigious study abroad program in London!

This opportunity is more than just a trip; it’s a chance to immerse myself in the world of international law, experience the legal systems that shaped much of modern jurisprudence, and gain invaluable skills for my future career.

As a first-generation law student, this program is not just a step toward my dream of becoming a criminal prosecutor but also a representation of breaking barriers and inspiring others in my community. My time in London will allow me to study global legal practices, build networks with international scholars, and bring back a wealth of knowledge to apply in my future work advocating for justice.
