Help a Healing Heart – Support Hero’s Fight
Donation protected
Hero is only 7 years old, but he’s already lived a lifetime of bravery. Born with multiple complex congenital heart defects—including Severe Ebstein’s Anomaly, Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome, SVT, and a severely leaking tricuspid valve—Hero has been fighting since day one. Despite everything stacked against him, he continues to smile, love, and live in the purest way. He’s smart, curious, and hilarious. Hero loves science and anatomy, building Lego creations, solving math problems, and playing music on his keyboard. He dreams of one day becoming a doctor so he can help kids just like him. He adores being outside with his siblings, soaking up every bit of joy life has to offer—even though his heart limits what his little body can do.
Now, Hero needs our help more than ever. In April 2026 (or sooner, if funds allow), he is scheduled for a life-saving open-heart surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, led by Dr. Joseph A. Dearani, a world-renowned specialist in pediatric congenital heart repair. The surgery will include a cardiac ablation, cone procedure (tricuspid valve repair), and bi-directional Glenn procedure. This is a rare and highly specialized operation that offers Hero his best chance at a healthy future.
While insurance will cover a portion of the costs, there is still a significant gap, not including additional expenses for medications, recovery support, travel, temporary housing, and follow-up appointments. Every dollar raised will go directly toward giving Hero a real shot at a future where his heart doesn’t hold him back—and where his dream of becoming a doctor can become a reality. Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting Hero’s journey. Your kindness and encouragement mean the world to his family.
