Help 9 year old Marwa recieve treatment.

Hello, we are trying to raise funds to help 9 year old Marwa recieve treatment for Kidney Dialysis.

From a young age both her kidneys were not growing and functioning properly. Her condition as slowly deteriorated over the last couple of years. She now has to visit the hospital 3 times every week to have excess water cleaned. She now requires a procedure to insert a Peritoneal Catheter (PD) after being advised by doctors.
