This fundraiser is for my closest friend, Heather, and her daughters, Anna (14) and Eva (11). Last night, on Christmas day their lives were protected (Thank You JESUS!) when a fire broke out in the neighboring apartment. As they were headed toward bed, they heard the neighbor's fire alarm go off. Shoeless and coatless, they were able to get out and run to their neighbors to get some of them out. However, the girls and Heather have smoke damage to their belongings. Due to financial hardship, they do not have renters insurance. So as you are able, please consider donating funds for clothing, furniture replacement, and security deposit, first and last month of rent for a new or temporary place.

If you are a person of faith, please pray thankfulness for their lives and for continued peace, comfort as God guides them to a safe new place to live. Today, Heather wept with joy and thankfulness of God's protection over their lives and how the girl's father, Dan and his wife, Kathy, came to their rescue in the middle of the night!
